Day 1

Arrival in Paro – Transfer To Thimphu

  1. Arrive at Paro International Airport. You’ll be greeted by a representative of Drukair Holidays. 
  2. Transfer to Thimphu (approx. 1.5 hrs).
  3. Check into hotel and relax.
  4. Evening: Welcome reception and networking, including a traditional Bhutanese performance.
  5. Overnight: Thimphu

Day 2

Full Workday – Thimphu

  1. Morning: Conference / Meeting at hotel convention facilities.
  2. Coffee and networking breaks included.
  3. Lunch: Catered with Bhutanese specialties.
  4. Afternoon: Continuation of workshops, breakout sessions, or panel discussions.
  5. Evening: Team-building activity options: archery, traditional craft workshop, or Thangka painting.
  6. Overnight: Thimphu

Day 3

Full Workday – Thimphu

  1. Morning: Strategic sessions, presentations, or product launches in hotel meeting rooms.
  2. Coffee and networking breaks.
  3. Lunch: Buffet with Bhutanese or other cuisine.
  4. Afternoon: Breakout sessions or brainstorming workshops.
  5. Evening: Sunset reception at Buddha Point overlooking Thimphu Valley.
  6. Overnight: Thimphu

Day 4

 Incentive & Cultural Exploration – Paro

  1. Morning: Drive to Paro (1.5 hrs).
  2. Visit Rinpung Dzong and Ta Dzong (National Museum) for cultural and historical immersion.
  3. Afternoon: Incentive activities:
    • Hike to Kyichu Lhakhang or Paro town scavenger/photo challenge.
  4. Evening: Dinner and Team Bonding
    Overnight: Paro

Day 5

Paro – Taktsang

  1. Morning: Optional hike to Taktsang “Tiger’s Nest” Monastery viewpoint or short valley walk.
  2. Farewell brunch or networking session.

Day 6

Departure

Transfer to Paro International Airport for departure.
